It’s really a shared experience between leaders and followers in which one may lead, but all move forward together in a shared bond of trust and integrity. It requires responsibility, humility, and a willingness to support and credit the contributions of followers. And without followers who trust and support their leader, there can be no sustained progress. In other words, to be an effective ethical leader, you must be equally willing to follow where you lead.”
